Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

To keep your activewear in the best condition, we recommend washing it in cold water and air drying. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach to preserve the fabric’s stretch and color.

Sherham accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (starting from the delivery date). The items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request for a full refund. Please note, we do not accept exchanges.

For split package orders, the return window begins from the date of the final package delivery. Returns that do not meet the criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless there was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return, and we'll notify you by email once your return has been processed.
